I have a Windstar 2003 and just have a bad experience with front flashing wich is ON iven when all lights are turned OFF. I even disconnected the battery to see if that correct the problem, but when I connected again the lights turned ON. Eventhough the light is not falshing it looks like the two bulb filaments are light up....
