o2 ice problem

Hi o2 ice doesn't boot,it says no download file then it goes to the blue screen then keeps flashing on and off and this continues till battery drains. i have downloaded pantech unlock software which is the only thing available on net, i tried this also. i connected with pantech usb cable, it is not found by pc& when i try run the unlock software it does not connect. ......please help. waits for ur support. Screen freezes

When finish a phone call phone screen freezes and to un freezes I have to take the battery out...
